Rise to Peace is a U.S. nonprofit bringing people together across borders for peace. We work with government and public institutions, universities, companies, foundations, media, nonprofits, and other organizations on research, education, training, data, conferences, media, and projects.

Professional engagement

Start with what you are trying to do.

A briefing may lead to research. A university placement may become a project. A conference may produce a publication. A data question may become an intelligence or monitoring system. These are starting points, not boxes.

Research areas

Serious questions rarely stay in one category.

Rise to Peace works on questions of terrorism, violent extremism, conflict, and international security, including prevention, policy, community resilience, and the forces that shape them. The same work often intersects with foreign affairs, politics, information, technology, human rights, development, and peacebuilding. Partners can come to us with a focused question or one that crosses several fields.

What our people make possible

One question can draw on several places
at the same time.

Useful work often needs more than one discipline, one culture, or one kind of experience. A security question may need a researcher, a practitioner, regional knowledge, data, and someone who understands the community affected by it.

Rise to Peace can bring those perspectives into the same piece of work. Technology and data are tools when they help; people, evidence, and context remain at the center.

We keep the process practical: understand the need, define the scope, bring in the people and tools that fit, and produce the agreed work responsibly.
